Camp Registration

To register your camp, please email Steve with your request, giving preferred dates. You will be promptly contacted with more information. Once your camp is confirmed we will request a fully refundable deposit to hold your chosen dates. We will also provide you with a Medical Waiver that all camper parent/guardians must complete. Prior to the camp start date, we will request a roster of campers for our insurers.

Full payment must be received no later than four (4) weeks before the start of the clinic unless a prior arrangement has been agreed upon. ALL payments are fully refundable up to the start date of your clinic in the event of a need to cancel. Due to escalating hotel and travel costs, we reserve the right to increase the price in the event of an unforeseen increase in gas or hotel prices. We will keep any unlikely increase to the minimum and you will have the option to cancel the camp with full refund of any monies paid. Your price will not increase within eight weeks of the start date under any circumstance.

A deposit of $250.00 (3-day camp or above) or $150.00 (1-day or 2-day camp) will hold your reservation. The deposit will be fully refundable up to the start date of your clinic. After that time there is no refund. The deposit can be subtracted from the final payment due. Refunds to individual campers will only be accepted for medical reasons and a doctor's excuse will be required. Any refund will have a $10 deduction to cover administrative costs. Returned checks will be subject to an additional administration fee.  Clinics may start on any day of the week but must run on consecutive days. Dates are reserved on first come - first served. We accept purchase orders.

Matchpoint Volleyball Camps will follow all State Athletic Association rules.
